The Meditation for Modern Minds 4 week course is a personalised approach, offering expert guidance, and support for your journey into discovering the rich and endless benefits of a meditation and mindfulness practice.
The course will show you how to implement the practice into your daily life and further more, into a long term regular habit.Now more than ever, we have become so very intimately aware of how our relationship with our mindbody determines our daily life experience. It impacts our personal sense of wellbeing, health, quality of our relationships and our capacity to meet the changes, challenges and invitations life offers us.
Lockdown means we are spending more time in our homes. As a result, the relationship that we have with ourselves, with change, mental health and wellbeing is now being recognised as the most important relationship. This relationship sets the foundation for all our relationships with others. Life is inviting you into stepping into a more active, empowering and conscious participation with the relationship you have with your mind and body.
